2. Website operation and hosting
This static website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data required to operate, secure, and deliver the service, such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
3. Cloudflare Web Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure performance and aggregate usage. It does not use cookies, localStorage, or another client-side identifier, and it does not create user profiles. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in improving website performance and usability.
4. Language preference
A manually selected language is stored under the lang key in browser
localStorage. It is used only to remember the requested language, not
for tracking, and remains until browser data is deleted.
5. YouTube videos
YouTube players are not loaded by default. Google/YouTube receives a network
connection and technical data only after the visitor explicitly presses the video
loading button. The official privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com
player is then loaded. The legal basis is the visitor's explicit consent; reloading
the page removes the loaded player.
6. External services and links
Calendly scheduling, the BTC Map merchant map, and other external websites open only after a link is selected. These providers act under their own privacy terms. BTC Map displays an exact, public business location so Bitcoin acceptance can be verified; this website itself displays only Budapest.
7. Contact by email
When an email is sent, the email address, name, message, and any other voluntarily supplied information are processed to answer the enquiry, prepare a potential engagement, and maintain business communication. The legal basis is taking steps before entering a contract or legitimate interest. Messages are retained for no longer than two years after the last substantive communication, unless a longer period is required for a contract, accounting obligation, or legal claim. Cloudflare Email Routing and the configured mailbox provider assist with delivery.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Cloudflare acts as a technical service provider. After a separate visitor action, Google/YouTube, Calendly, or BTC Map may also process data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their privacy notices. Personal data is not sold.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and — where applicable — portability or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information .
10. Automated decisions
The website does not perform profiling or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
